Bethany UMC has a very active group of Youth, who participate in a range of programs and activities.

Bethany Youth participate in Jr. & Sr. High Sunday School, UMYF (Youth Group) on Sunday nights, NLG (youth-led Bible Study), mission work, and church fundraisers. The Youth also attend Camp Glission in North Georgia and Big Stuf Camp in Florida, where youth from all over the area gather in fellowship together and grow closer to Christ.

Sr. High Sunday School meets in The Rock, and Jr. High Sunday School meets in the classroom next to The Rock, in the front of McGrady Hall.
